: VISIT THE DRIED PERSIMMON PRODUCTION FACILITY IN SANGJU-CITY

● Time: Departure at 9:00 AM in front of PSPS building (Please be on time!)

● KOICA students taking 'Field Study in Saemaul Undong 1' and Forest Resources and Ecological Restoration major students taking 'Field Study in Forest Resources 3' are mandatory to attend.

   9:00 - 11:00   Move to Sangju-City

  11:00 - 12:30  Field Study: Dried Persimmon Distribution Center

  13:00 - 14:30  Lunch

  15:00 - 16:30  Visiting Persimmin Farm

  16:30 - 18:00  Return to YU

● Assignment

- Deadline: 24thNovember (Monday)

 - More than three (3) pages in A4 sheet without cover (Minimum 600 words)

 - KOICA Students: Up-load to ‘Lecture Support’

   Forest Major Students: E-mail to Prof. Don Koo LEE (donkoolee@ynu.ac.kr)

                                                 and Prof. Yong Shik KIM (yongshik@ynu.ac.kr)

 - Each report need to include

   1) Name and location of farm visited, 2) Lessons learned from the farm, 3) Possible application of any techniques in production process to your home country, 4) Any recommendations or suggestions for the farm.
